Our Slovenia office opened as a result of our wrapping up the largest takeover of its time in Slovenia in 2003. Our young and ambitious team in Ljubljana already consists of more than ten attorneys, with extensive experience in complex cases covering banking & finance, corporate, real estate and employment issues – as well as a range of other areas.
Recent projects include acting as lead counsel in several large scale mergers and acquisitions, advising on the cross-border restructuring of a major bank, helping foreign investors with employment issues in Slovenia, and guiding developers, leasing companies and investors on the acquisition and financing of new properties.
